• Telehealth position - fully remote practice
• Schedule options: FT 40 hrs, MFT 32 hrs, or PT 20 hrs weekly
• Shifts available: 5 am – 11 pm PST, including holidays
• Weekend coverage: required every 4th or every other weekend
• Patient load: 3+ patients per hour drawn from a patient queue
• Patient demographics: All ages seen - 80% adult, 20% pediatric
• Positions available: 19 physicians needed - family practice telehealth expansion
• Certification: Board certification required
