About the Position
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to oversee shipping processes, ensure quality control, and manage warehouse systems. Apply now!
Responsibilities
- Supervise the completion process and timely execution of shipments.
- Quality control of completed orders and compliance with documentation.
- Collaborate with shipping companies and external partners.
- Operate WMS (QGUAR) and SAP systems.
- Monitor and report on the progress of completion and shipping processes.
- Support activities that improve warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education.
- Good knowledge of computer operation and MS Office.
- Ability to think analytically and organize work.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the afternoon and night shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to work individually and in a team.
- Good organization and prioritization skills.
- Communicativeness.
- Engagement, responsibility, and independence.
- Driving license category B.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management.
- Familiarity with WMS systems (QGUAR) and/or SAP.
