About the Position

Loyalty Solutions Owner (CIAM & Customer Services)

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day ownership and evolution of Customer Management and CIAM technology solutions, ensuring stability, security, compliance, and alignment with business objectives;
• Coordinate solution design with Architecture and Delivery teams, overseeing development, testing, releases, and production deployments;
• Manage the evolution of customer identity, profile management, consent management, account lifecycle, and customer deletion capabilities;
• Ensure seamless integration across Loyalty, Digital Channels, CRM, and enterprise systems;
• Monitor platform performance, manage incidents, and coordinate vendors for platform support and enhancements;
• Ensure solution documentation, operational readiness, and compliance with security and privacy standards.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years in IT Solutions, Business Analysis, Application Management, or Product Ownership;
• Proven experience with CIAM, Identity Management, CRM, or Customer Data platforms;
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications, with a mindset for interconnected systems;
• Knowledge of customer identity, consent management, and data privacy principles (GDPR);
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and Agile delivery will be valued;
• Fluent English, both oral and written;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously across complex technical landscapes;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
