- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that supports long-term business goals, in collaboration with Engineering and Strategy teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product design, engineering workflows, and production operations to improve quality, reduce cycle time, and enable scalability.
- Lead efforts to enhance manufacturing readiness and increase production throughput, including capacity and capabilities planning to support high-rate manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Production Scheduling to ensure shared resources and production lines are aligned to program requirements.
- Use Earned Value Management (EVM), LREs, and key metrics to track performance, manage variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for assigned accounts, serving as the primary technical and cost performance authority.
- Monitor and report on Technical Performance Metrics (TPMs), identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to preserve schedule and quality.
- Oversee closure of subsystem DRs (Discrepancy Reports) in coordination with engineering to avoid production delays.
- Support design-for-manufacturing efforts to improve part reliability, testability, and repeatability at high production rates.
