About the Position

We are seeking a Managerka / Manager rozwoju sieci to lead our network development team in Rzeszów, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Cooperation with Partners for Network Development, responsibility for the implementation of assigned services
• Implementation of planned openings of new locations and remodelings
• Coordination of the process of preparing the store for opening and remodeling
• Monitoring store openings according to the schedule and administering it
• Supervision of the process of new openings and remodeling according to network standards
• Coordination of the process of store openings after the change of the Franchisee
• Coordination of the communication process between Franchisees, Partners for Network Development, and specific organizational units of the company
• Building good and lasting relationships with Franchisees

Requirements

• Experience in team management
• Willingness to cooperate on the basis of conducting business activities
• Focus on achieving results
• Communicativeness and commitment
• Planning skills and very good work organization
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Higher education
