Managing Consultant — SAP S/4HANA Finance

We are currently seeking a Managing Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Finance to join our team in Austria, with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across industries on optimizing finance and accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Analyze existing process and system landscapes (AS-IS), develop roadmaps, and implement target architectures.
• Take responsibility for (sub-)project leadership from design to implementation, working in both classical and agile project environments.
• Optimize and redesign end-to-end business processes, such as Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Collaborate closely with clients during the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting acquisition processes, and preparing proposals.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in consulting or in finance/IT with a focus on SAP Finance (FI, ideally also CO).
• Strong knowledge of financial value flows and in-depth expertise in analyzing and designing finance processes.
• Experience in (sub-)project leadership, familiar with both classical and agile methods.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, hands-on mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
