About the Position
Managing Partner (m/w/d)
ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, founded in 1999, is one of the leading consulting companies in Europe. Due to continuous growth and international expansion, we are seeking dedicated franchise partners to establish their own branch in the field of human resources consulting and recruitment across Austria.
Responsibilities
- Establishment and Management: Set up and lead your own ISG branch.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain sustainable client relationships.
- Job Profile and Advertisement Preparation: Create and refine job profiles and advertisements.
- Candidate Acquisition: Professionally source qualified candidates both nationally and internationally.
- Interview Process: Conduct structured interviews and guide candidates through the entire selection process.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional ISG services (e.g., staff development, training, media house).
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in human resources consulting, sales, or a leadership position is advantageous.
- Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation.
- Attributes: Enjoyment of consulting, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and success orientation.
