As Manufacturing Operational Excellence Manager, you will improve quality, reliability, and performance across Graphcore’s hardware lifecycle. You will connect manufacturing insight with engineering, quality, and supply chain decisions.

Your work will help products move from new product introduction into sustained production with stronger controls. You will use data to identify risks, understand failure mechanisms, and drive measurable improvements.

You will lead investigations, shape control plans, and help teams act on manufacturing and reliability evidence. This role suits someone who can turn complex technical signals into clear action.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality, reliability, and performance across the hardware lifecycle
• Connect manufacturing insight with engineering, quality, and supply chain decisions
• Use data to identify risks and understand failure mechanisms
• Lead investigations and shape control plans
• Help teams act on manufacturing and reliability evidence

Requirements

• Strong technical grounding in manufacturing, quality, or reliability engineering within semiconductor, advanced electronics, or complex hardware environments
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving and data analysis to complex manufacturing or product quality issues
• Experience using statistical, process capability, or reliability data to support engineering and operational decisions
• Understanding of new product introduction, production ramp, and sustained volume manufacturing
• Confidence leading cross-functional investigations across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
• Ability to work with outsourced manufacturing partners and turn failure insights into practical improvements
