So that even more people get to know CONNY and use our services, we are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager / Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

As Marketing & Growth Manager / Marketing Allrounder (m/f/d) you will work on a wide range of topics across marketing, growth and brand. For example:

• Plan and run marketing and growth projects on your own
• Develop new campaign ideas, messages, claims and marketing measures
• Produce content – for example copy, social media content, newsletters, landing pages or simple video and creative formats
• Coordinate external providers, agencies, freelancers or creators on larger productions
• Build landing pages, forms and simple funnels pragmatically, for example with no-code, low-code or AI tools
• Research new marketing channels, partnerships and growth opportunities and test them
• Support offline and brand marketing such as OOH, podcasts, print, PR or guerrilla marketing
• Analyse campaigns and projects and help us understand what works and what does not
• Run market, competitor and target group analyses and turn the findings into concrete measures
• Help plan and run customer surveys and market research
• Work closely with performance marketing, product, operations and our management
• Pitch in wherever the biggest marketing problem or the biggest opportunity is right now

Requirements

• First or several years of relevant experience in marketing or growth, at a start-up, an agency or in a comparable environment
• Generalist mindset and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics
• Ability to structure projects on your own and drive them from idea to delivery
• Good feel for language, messages, target groups and good content
• Pragmatic approach and ability to find solutions even when there is no perfect process for a task yet
• Very confident with digital tools and like trying new ones
• Routine use of AI tools to research faster, create content, develop ideas or simplify processes
• Comfortable with numbers and want to know whether a marketing measure actually works
• Not afraid to do things yourself – whether that means writing copy, building a landing page, analysing data or calling a supplier
• Very good German and good English
