Marketing and Communications – Merchandise and production manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Merchandise and Production Manager to oversee custom merchandise production for international events. This role requires 3+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing and fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end merch management: Oversee all stages of custom merchandise production for both internal company needs and major international I-Gaming events (within the Merch and Production team).
• Maintaining and expanding a reliable network: Develop and maintain a network of international (specifically Chinese) manufacturing partners.
• Creating detailed briefs and conducting negotiations: Develop detailed briefs, conduct negotiations, and control premium product quality. Direct experience with Chinese factories and suppliers of premium products will be your key advantage.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders (marketing, event teams, etc.) to accurately identify their needs, gather requirements, and present finished solutions.
• Custom product development: Create and present creative merchandise ideas, form product catalogs, and develop unique promo solutions that match the brand's style and values.
• Monitoring inventory levels: Ensure timely dispatches and manage safe delivery to event venues worldwide.

Requirements

• Experience in the apparel custom manufacturing industry: 3+ years (China vendors)
• Optimize resources: Proven experience
• Planning and monitoring production processes: Experience
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
• Budget planning and optimization: Experience
• Experience using CRM systems
• Languages: Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English level B1 or higher

Soft Skills
