Marketing and Communications – Project Manager

About the Position

We're seeking a Marketing and Communications Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our fast-growing business group. This role offers an exciting and challenging job in a multicultural team of top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Project management within the Marketing Business Units
• Support of key workflows and operational processes
• Organization and support of cross-functional interactions
• Task management (Jira, Asana)
• Prioritization and distribution of tasks within the team
• Control of reporting materials and deadlines
• Management of analysis and reporting
• Team development support

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing environment
• Deep understanding of marketing and business processes
• Experience in building complex workflows and automations in task-tracking systems, preferably Asana
• Experience in building and optimizing business processes, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including Heads and C-level executives

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify improvement areas, and build effective system and workflow solutions
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Openness to feedback and ability to quickly incorporate it into work
