About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing Director for a FMCG company to build, develop, and coach a team, manage budgets, and create marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and coach a team for success
Prepare and manage annual cost and income budgets
Create a Marketing strategy based on buying trends and consumer income information
Ensure strategies are implemented with the goal of achieving predetermined company objectives
Develop and launch customer loyalty and/or discount programs
Report directly to CEO of the company

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing strategy
Strong skills in budget management
Demonstrated ability in team coaching
