About the Position
A digital marketing agency specializing in PPC and performance advertising is looking for a Marketing Specialist with deep knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics, and user behavior. If you know how to build strategies, analyze metrics, and drive results - we’re looking for you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on PPC channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience analysis
- Build sales funnels and user journeys
- Assign tasks to the team: targeting specialists, designers, copywriters
- Oversee the quality of ad creatives and landing pages
- Maintain reporting and analyze key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Participate in testing new ad formats and tools
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to align plans and deadlines
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist in the digital field
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising and performance marketing principles
- Proficiency with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
- Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio
- Creative thinking and strategic mindset
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- English sufficient for reading technical documentation
- Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or affiliate marketing is a plus
