Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create and coordinate useful content for products, case studies, and employer branding.
• Research markets, audiences, competitors, and partnership opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and turn results into practical improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B, technology, or product marketing.
• Excellent English and Romanian communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with content, social media, email campaigns, and analytics.
• Strong organization, initiative, and an eye for consistent brand presentation.
