About the Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years experience in retail/e-commerce to join our fast-growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, product, and marketing communications of competitors in Digital channels;
• Manage the Digital marketing budget, allocate resources, and monitor spending efficiency;
• Manage and develop current Digital channels; search and connect new ones;
• Set tasks and KPIs for agencies, monitor the results of completed tasks (SEO, PPC, SMM);
• Work with the customer base, launch loyalty mechanics, use trigger chains, and send emails based on a ready-made CDP;
• Interact with CPA networks/platforms;
• Create tasks for website customization for specific tasks;
• Plan and monitor the placement of promotions on the company's official websites (breezy.xx);
• Communicate with contractors; control document flow for your expenses;
• Track effectiveness (Power BI+GA4).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a similar position and above (Retail/E-commerce);
• Successful experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable results;
• Confident knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CPA networks (Retention marketing tools);
• Deep understanding of SEO and technical aspects of the site;
• Practical experience with contextual advertising (PPC);
• Practical experience with CRM marketing channels (email newsletters, messengers, web pushes, etc.);
• Skills in budget evaluation and management, planning, and forecasting.
