About the Position

We are seeking a skilled MEP QS with 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management for a role in Kuala Selangor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
Strong knowledge and experience in MEP systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ELV, and associated works, is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills with good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within project timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

The employer will cover Malaysia Employment Pass/Work permit process.
Travel allowance: A fixed monthly travel allowance will be provided.
Flight Ticket: Cover the one-way flight ticket to Malaysia for the employee upon joining. In addition, should the employee be required to travel for business purposes, the Company will arrange and cover the associated flight expenses.
Medical Coverage: Employees are entitled to medical reimbursement of up to RM3,000 per year (on a claim basis), covering medical consultation, general dental, and optical expenses. The entitlement will be prorated for new joiners.
Insurance Coverage: Employees will be covered under the Company's Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL) insurance plans.
Annual Leave: 16 days of Annual Leave plus 5 days of Family Care Leave.
Company accommodation will be provided throughout the employee's assignment in Malaysia.
