About the Position

Microsoft 365, Copilot & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Warszawa, Poland. This role involves managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SharePoint and OneDrive environments.
• Integrate SharePoint and OneDrive with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop strategies for using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• Manage governance in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform, including usage policies, permissions, security, information classification, user and license lifecycle.
• Collaborate daily with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and with Microsoft environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive) and Power Platform.
• Ability to configure Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience in adapting and conducting Microsoft training sessions.
