As a Microsoft Solution Architect, you design exactly that. You develop modern Microsoft environments across multi tenant infrastructures, whether on premises, hybrid or cloud only. You lead complex migrations, create future ready architectures and turn technical challenges into practical solutions.

Beyond architecture, you act as a trusted advisor. You help customers navigate transformation, uncover new opportunities and ensure their Microsoft landscape continues to evolve alongside their business.

Responsibilities

• Design: Shape solution architectures and migration strategies for modern Microsoft environments across cloud, hybrid and on premises platforms. You design and evolve Microsoft landscapes in complex multi tenant scenarios, including FINSecure Cloud environments.
• Modernize: Drive the continuous development of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Configuration Manager and the Microsoft Defender Suite.
• Migrate: Lead complex transformation projects and guide customers safely through every stage of their cloud journey, from on premises environments to hybrid and cloud only architectures.
• Support: Bring your expertise to challenging 3rd level support cases and ensure reliable service delivery in line with ITIL V4.
• Consult: Work closely with customers, contribute to presales activities and develop technical solutions that create lasting value.
• Grow: Spot opportunities for additional Microsoft services and help customers unlock the full potential of their environments.
• Share: Strengthen the team by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and continuously improving best practices.

Requirements

• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Excellent experience in administering and migrating Microsoft 365 services.
• Microsoft Infrastructure: Excellent experience in administering and migrating Microsoft on premises environments, including Active Directory and Exchange.
• Customer Consulting: Professional and confident communication with customers, combined with experience in technical consulting or presales.
• Architecture: Several years of experience designing Microsoft solution architectures and leading migration projects, including complex multi tenant environments.
• Azure: Very good knowledge of Azure services and cloud administration.
• Automation: Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Operations: Experience working in structured and process driven IT environments, ideally following ITIL principles.
• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, completed vocational training in IT, or an equivalent qualification gained through professional experience.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Languages: German language skills at C1 level or higher, combined with good English skills.
• Remote/travelling: Low travel requirements; primarily remote work.
