Senior Specialist Payroll (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen Senior Specialist Payroll mit Expertise in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie in Mitarbeitervorteilen, um unser Team in Frankfurt oder Stuttgart zu verstärken.
Responsibilities
- Abrechnung vorbereiten: Gemeinsam mit einem externen Steuerbüro bereitest du die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung vor und führst alle relevanten Daten zusammen.
- Daten im Fokus: In Personio pflegst du Personalstammdaten und prüfst relevante Änderungen wie Ein- und Austritte, Fehlzeiten, Überstunden oder Zuschläge.
- Vorsorge verlässlich begleiten: Die betriebliche Altersversorgung betreust du in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Makler und kümmerst dich um eine korrekte Abrechnung und Bezahlung der Beiträge.
- Administration: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bescheinigungen, beispielsweise Arbeitsbescheinigungen und weiteren personaladministrativen Prozessen.
- Prüfungen begleiten: Du koordinierst Lohnsteueraußenprüfungen sowie Sozialversicherungs- und Betriebsprüfungen und bist Ansprechperson für interne und externe Prüfer.
- Kommunikation & Betreuung: Rund um die Entgeltabrechnung bist du Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und koordinierst die Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Behörden und externen Dienstleistern.
- Prozesse weiterentwickeln: An der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen arbeitest du aktiv mit und erstellst Auswertungen sowie Statistiken.
Requirements
- Kaufmännischer Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung oder Personalwesen.
- Payroll-Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
- Kanzleiumfeld: Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einem Steuerbüro oder einer Steuerberatungskanzlei mit Schwerpunkt Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Fachwissen Abrechnung: Fundierte und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
- bAV-Erfahrung: Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Grundlagen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung.
