Mid Backend Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Employment Type: FULL_TIME

Salary: 8,000 - 16,000 PLN/mo

We are seeking a Mid Backend Developer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. You will support us in the implementation of advanced web system projects and applications based on modern PHP technologies. We create and develop applications using Symfony or YII, and in our daily work, we intensively use artificial intelligence tools, including LLM models, to operate faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Designing, creating, and developing web applications in PHP
• Optimizing the operation of backend services and processes
• Analyzing and solving complex technological tasks
• Collaborating with the development team in a hybrid model

Requirements

• Good client communication skills and understanding of the business purpose of the tasks.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in PHP
• Knowledge of YII is welcome
• Knowledge of Symfony is welcome
• Mandatory good knowledge of one of the major PHP frameworks
• Ability to work with GIT
• Basic knowledge of Apache, PHP, MySQL configuration, and general server operation principles
• Independence, responsibility, and honesty

We Offer

• Salary 8,000 to 16,000 PLN netto (B2B) or 7,000 to 13,000 PLN gross (contract), depending on skills and experience
