About the Position

Mid Java Developer

Location: Gliwice, SL, Poland

Employment Type: FULL_TIME

Salary: 80-100 PLN MONTH

We are seeking a Mid Java Developer with practical experience in creating web applications and a desire to develop their skills in a modern approach to programming using AI tools for code generation.

If you are proficient in Java, have basic knowledge of Spring Framework and Gradle, and are open to new technologies and ways of working with AI – we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services
Write clean, maintainable code
Collaborate with frontend team
Utilize AI tools for code generation

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in programming in Java
Basic knowledge of Spring Framework
Basic knowledge of Gradle
Basic experience in creating web applications
Basic knowledge of application testing
Open to new technologies and tools
Ability to organize work well
Independent in completing assigned tasks
Ability to define tasks independently within set goals
Open to using AI for code generation

Nice to Have

Experience with Claude Code
Interest in developing competencies related to AI-assisted development

Language Skills

English at least at the B1 level
