About the Position
We are seeking a Mid Process Engineer to join our team in Takasaki, Gunma, Japan, focusing on the development and improvement of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
WET Process Engineer
- New product intermediate and post-process WET process development and promotion
- Technical response and reporting based on WET process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Promotion of product quality and yield improvement activities
- Technical development support for the application of new materials and new methods related to WET processes
- Support for cost reduction activities of conventional processes related to WET processes
Integration Engineer
- Promotion of new product intermediate and post-process integration development
- Technical response and reporting based on process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Promotion of product quality and yield improvement activities
- Technical development support for the application of new materials and new methods
- Support for cost reduction activities of conventional processes
Metal Deposition Engineer
- Promotion of new product intermediate and post-process metal deposition process development
- Technical response and reporting based on metal deposition process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Promotion of product quality and yield improvement activities
- Technical development support for the application of new materials and new methods related to metal deposition
- Support for cost reduction activities of conventional processes related to metal deposition
Lithography Engineer
- Promotion of new product intermediate and post-process lithography process development
- Technical response and reporting based on lithography process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Promotion of product quality and yield improvement activities
- Technical development support for the application of new materials and new methods related to lithography
- Support for cost reduction activities of conventional processes related to lithography
