About the Position
Join Renesas as a Mid Process Engineer in Takasaki, Japan. Develop and improve semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
WET Process Engineer
- New product intermediate and post-process WET process development promotion
- Technical response and reporting based on WET process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Product quality and yield improvement activities promotion
- Technical development support for new materials and methods in WET processes
- Support for cost reduction activities in conventional processes related to WET processes
Integration Engineer
- New product intermediate and post-process process development promotion
- Technical response and reporting based on process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Product quality and yield improvement activities promotion
- Technical development support for new materials and methods
- Support for cost reduction activities in conventional processes
Metal Deposition Engineer
- New product intermediate and post-process metal deposition process development promotion
- Technical response and reporting based on metal deposition process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Product quality and yield improvement activities promotion
- Technical development support for new materials and methods in metal deposition
- Support for cost reduction activities in conventional processes related to metal deposition
Lithography Engineer
- New product intermediate and post-process lithography process development promotion
- Technical response and reporting based on lithography process development
- Manufacturing line setup and mass production transition support
- Product quality and yield improvement activities promotion
- Technical development support for new materials and methods in lithography
- Support for cost reduction activities in conventional processes related to lithography
Requirements
WET Process Engineer

Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in WET process technology development or mass production
- Experience in the development or evaluation of WET process-related materials
- Experience in the development or evaluation of WET process-related equipment
- Technical degree (mechanical, materials, electronics, chemistry, etc.)

Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of power devices
- Knowledge of reliability testing evaluation
- Experience in process improvement and quality management
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO/IATF
Integration Engineer

Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in integration development after metallization in semiconductors
- Basic knowledge of power devices
- Knowledge of reliability testing evaluation
- Experience in process improvement and quality management
- Technical degree (mechanical, materials, electronics, chemistry, etc.)

- Experience in semiconductor package development
- Experience in wafer process technology setup development
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO/IATF
Metal Deposition Engineer
