Middle Game Designer

About the Position

Bitmedia Labs, an international product company founded in 2014, is seeking a Middle Game Designer to join our team of 150+ specialists working globally. Our work spans two core areas: Game Development and Digital Advertising. We are looking for someone passionate about creating browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing the development of game mechanics and content in accordance with the overall concept of the game.
• Being responsible for results.
• Developing and improving the project’s metagame based on collected statistics and analysis.
• Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization.
• Calculating balance sheets and analyzing game statistics.
• Creating and maintaining the Game Design Document (GDD).
• Close interaction with the project team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Good understanding of the game market in the WEB3 and P2E segments.
• Strong STEM background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar tools.
• A portfolio of at least two launched projects, with experience working on them as a Game Designer.
• Experience creating and maintaining game documentation, including concept documents and Game Design Documents.
• Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on the data received.
• Ability to set goals and focus on work results.
• Proactive and energetic.

Nice to Have

• English B1 level.
• BS or BA in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Web3 technologies, particularly NFTs, staking, L1 and L2 networks, pooling, and other basic DeFi concepts.
