About the Position

Bitmedia Labs is an international product company founded in 2014. Today, we’re a team of 150+ specialists working globally, building products used by millions worldwide. Our work spans two core areas: Game Development – browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement, and Digital Advertising – high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.

We are looking for a Producer to join our Product Department (Games) in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and vision - define where the project should go and why, based on business strategy, market opportunities, and player needs.
• Translate business goals into product development - turn company objectives, revenue targets, and strategic priorities into clear product goals, features, and development priorities.
• Own product KPIs - define, track, and drive the key metrics that determine product success, ensuring development decisions are aligned with agreed KPIs.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap - build and continuously adjust the product roadmap based on data, market trends, player behavior, and business priorities.
• Align the team around the vision - communicate the product vision clearly to game design, development, art, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Make product decisions - identify what should be built, what should be changed, and what should be stopped, prioritizing work based on expected impact.
• Connect product development with business outcomes - ensure that features and initiatives are not developed in isolation but contribute to measurable business and product results.
• Own execution at the product level - maintain alignment between strategy, roadmap, priorities, and actual development progress.
• Work with data and experimentation - use analytics, player behavior, market research, and experiments to validate hypotheses and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful products - a strong portfolio of shipped and commercially successful games is a must.
• Strong product vision - ability to define a clear vision for a product and communicate it in a way that aligns the entire team.
• Strategic thinking - ability to determine the direction of a project.
• Business-to-product thinking - strong ability to translate business objectives into product strategy, features, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Product sense - deep understanding of player motivation, engagement loops, retention, monetization, and overall product-market fit.
• Data-driven mindset - working with analytics, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and player behavior data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills - ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a common vision and direction.
• End-to-end product ownership - experience taking products from strategy and concept through development, launch, iteration, and growth.
