Middle Software Engineer, React Native

About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated React Native Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the React Native framework.

Responsibilities

• Estimate tasks provided by a Project Manager (PM) or Technology Lead (TL);
• Complete tasks from PM or TL within the estimated time;
• Participate in the SCRUM process;
• Participate in project development;
• Perform technical research;
• Keep technical documentation of the project;
• Prepare reports;
• Communicate with customers;
• Work on improvements of the current project.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with such languages and frameworks: JavaScript, ES6, CSS & Flex Box, React, React Hooks, Typescript, strong knowledge with at least one state management lib (Redux / MobX), Native Languages (Java / Kotlin & Objective-C / Swift) will be a plus, react native bridges will be a plus, React Native Animations, writing tests;
• Experience with such protocols, solutions, and APIs: JSON, cross-platform layout, navigation libraries, google maps will be a plus, external (facebook, twitter, etc…) APIs will be a plus, websockets will be a plus, GraphQL;
• Knowledge and experience with such approaches and principles: good algorithm knowledge, callbacks, promises understanding, functional approaches, good OOP knowledge, MVC or FLUX, REST;
• Experience with the following technologies and tools: npm or yarn, Development & Debug tools, one or more libraries for working with http requesting(fetch or axios), git.
