Senior Software Engineer, PHP

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer, PHP to build and maintain dynamic and scalable web applications, websites, and services using PHP.

Responsibilities

• Estimate tasks provided by a Project Manager (PM) or Technology Lead (TL);
• Complete tasks from PM or TL within the estimated time;
• Participate in the SCRUM process;
• Participate in project development;
• Perform technical research;
• Keep technical documentation of the project;
• Prepare reports;
• Communicate with customers;
• Work on improvements of the current project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development;
• Strong knowledge and experience with:
  • PHP 8+, Symfony or Laravel or other PHP Framework
  • Doctrine or Eloquent or other PHP ORM
  • PHPUnit
  • MySQL, PostgreSQL or other SQL based Database
  • HTTP, JSON, FB, Twitter, G+ etc api, Payments api
  • Strong OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, DDD, REST, DI pattern, base algorithms knowledge, SQL queries, database optimization skills, database relations
  • Composer, packages, versioning, autoload, Apache2 or Nginx, IDE PHP debug tools, RabbitMQ, redis, memcached, linux, Docker
