Middle Strong Project Manager

About the Position

Binariks is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, results-driven, responsible Middle Strong Project Manager to join our team of professionals, and a delivery unit, that specializes in Healthcare.

Binariks is a software development company that provides advanced advisory and engineering services to clients across the globe, since 2016. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing medium-sized and enterprise projects
• Actively leading/participating in presales
• Developing and maintaining PM artifacts
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and managing risks to ensure timely delivery
• Identifying potential project roadblocks and working with stakeholders to mitigate risks
• Managing project budgets and resources efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven full-time experience in managing software projects with full accountability
• Experience in managing projects through various phases of SDLC (e.g., Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)
• Experience in managing multiple teams
• Understanding of Scrum principles, roles, and ceremonies
• Ability to promote and adapt an Agile mindset within the team
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira)
• Technical familiarity
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Experience or strong understanding of the presale process
• Continuous improvement focus
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
