Middle/Senior UX Designer (FinTech)

About the Position

We are looking for a Middle/Senior UX Designer who is an expert in FinTech (banking) or iGaming and is able to work independently. Join our software engineering company with expertise in FinTech, Blockchain, and EduTech.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements
• Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design high-fidelity UI (web/mobile)
• Maintain consistency and contribute to the design system
• Present and justify design decisions
• Collaborate with developers and provide specs for implementation
• Support implementation and conduct design QA
• Manage workload and meet deadlines
• Growth (onboarding): KYC/AML + transaction states/errors

Requirements

• 4+ years of product UX/UI experience, with releases in production
• Strong experience with payments and wallets: balance, history, statuses, fees, limits, refunds/disputes
• Understanding of KYC/AML and how it works for both the user and the operator
• Strong mobile UX (iOS/Android) experience + responsive web UX
• Strong experience designing admin panels: roles/permissions, tables, filters, audit log, KYC moderation, transaction management, reporting
• Ability to start from scratch: discovery, asking questions, rapid prototyping, MVP prioritization
• Systematic approach: design system, components, states, documentation, and handoff for development
• Metrics and improvements: funnels, events, hypotheses, A/B testing, working with support and feedback

Nice to Have

• Real-world experience in iGaming/sportsbooks (bonuses, referrals, game providers, lobby/catalog)
• Experience with multi-geo (countries, currencies, localization, various documents)
• Responsible gambling patterns at the UX level (limits, self-exclusion, warnings)
