Mid/Senior Java Software Engineer

About the Position

Our client, a global leader in gaming, is seeking a Mid/Senior Java Software Engineer to join our integration team. As part of this role, you will primarily work with a team based in the UK, while collaborating with other teams in Poland, Serbia, Romania, and the US.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with mathematicians to evaluate and implement game feature feasibility.
• Collaborate with front-end game client developers to define response structures.
• Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Design and develop internal tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Java: including the core language, platform, and Java EE technologies.
• Object Oriented Programming and Solid Maths foundations.
• Good understanding of algorithms and design patterns.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with C/C++.
• Experience with build automation tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or ANT.
