About the Position
Młodszy Specjalista/Specjalistka ds. Automatyzacji Procesów i Obsługi Umów B2B
Location: Wrocław
We are looking for a Junior Specialist for Process Automation and B2B Contract Management to join our team in Wrocław, focusing on process automation and B2B contract support.
Responsibilities
On this position, you will:
- Participate in projects related to process automation and reporting using SQL and MS Power Platform
- Seek new solutions to support teams in their daily work
- Prepare and manage documentation for B2B colleagues
- Conduct monthly settlements of B2B contracts
Requirements
- Higher education or currently studying in a field related to data analysis, econometrics, computer science, or finance
- Comfortable with MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Open to learning MS Power Platform and MS Power Apps
- Eager to gain experience in both automation and process support for B2B collaborators
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR, financial, or administrative systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 F&O)
