As a Mortgage Adviser, you'll help clients secure suitable mortgage solutions while developing long-term relationships and building a successful advisory business with the backing of an established UK financial advisory firm.

Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Provide compliant mortgage advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances and objectives.
• Recommend suitable mortgage products from an extensive panel of lenders.
• Manage client cases from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
• Develop your own client portfolio through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with our compliance and operational teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience providing mortgage advice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, client-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
• The ambition to develop and grow your client portfolio within a supportive environment.
