About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is remote and available in Armenia, Cyprus, Georgia, Poland, and Ukraine. If you have a passion for creating diverse digital promo materials and leveraging AI tools for visuals and animations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, visual language, animation standards, templates, and visual elements for company promotional materials.
- Participate in the creation of a library of templates, approaches, and elements of motion design.
- Create motion design work, promotional materials, banners, prerolls, and other materials for the company.
- Optimize the work process, propose simplifications and speeding up work, and automate high-flow tasks.
- Continuously search for new visual design solutions, track design trends, and use them in your work.
- Interact with the team lead and project managers.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus.
- Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation) and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation.
- Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc).
- Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas.
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, and color; can rationally defend design choices.
- Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio.
Nice to Have
- Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow.
- Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency.
- Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability.
