About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to join our team. Create dynamic visual content for promotional materials.

Responsibilities

Development of concepts, visual language, animation standards, templates, visual elements for company promotional materials
Participation in the creation of a library of templates, approaches and elements of motion design
Development of motion design work, promotional materials, as well as banners, prerolls and other materials for the company
Optimization of the work process, proposals for simplifying and speeding up work, as well as automation of high-flow tasks
Constant search for new visual design solutions, tracking design trends and using them in work
Interaction with the team lead and project managers

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus
Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation
Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc)
Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas
Strong grasp of composition, typography and color; can rationally defend design choices
Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio

Nice to Have

Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow
Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency
Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability

Soft Skills

End-to-End Ownership: Loves managing the full project cycle independently and thrives on task diversity
Highly self-organized, proactive, excellent communicator, and a true team player
