About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our fast-growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with top professionals in a multicultural environment.
Locations: Warsaw, Poland | Limassol, Cyprus | Yerevan, Armenia | Remote in Kazakhstan and Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Creation and adaptation of video content in line with brand books and guidelines.
- Transformation of static concepts into motion while maintaining product identity.
- Development of 2D and AI-generated videos.
- Video editing, retouching, compositing, and element replacement.
- Mentoring motion designers and conducting design reviews.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, including plugins and scripts.
- Deep understanding of 2D animation principles.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools for video generation and animation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
- Sound design: audio selection, editing, and mixing.
- Video editing, retouching, and element replacement skills.
- Ability to work within brand books, guidelines, and existing design systems.
- Independence in making visual and technical decisions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Experience in automating production workflows.
