Responsibilities

  • The compilation and issuing of Work Orders and maintenance priorities to maintenance staff, assisting with development and updates of aircraft maintenance schedules to meet program operational requirements and performing reporting of maintenance activities.
  • Analyze, plan, organize, and control the maintenance and repairs of aircraft and aircraft components using applicable Boeing software and management tools.
  • Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise and build relationships with:
  • Participate in aircraft customer status and initiation meetings.

Requirements

  • A strong background and an in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
  • Skills to develop and implement new policies, and maintenance programs that will enhance maintenance operations.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Maintenance Controller / Planner in an aircraft maintenance environment, or similar role.
  • Be familiar with maintenance planning requirements, including maintenance planning software programs (e.g., cMRO, or similar programs).
