We are looking for a VL MRO Training Coordinator to join the BDUK Maintenance Repair Operations team in Middle Wallop, England. This role will coordinate both internal and external training requirements for our Vertical Lift Maintenance personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the maintenance authorisations for Operations Personnel.
  • Identify, arrange, and coordinate external training providers when required.
  • Deliver required courses with the assistance of the T&A Team.
  • Provide shop floor level on-the-job training for maintenance activities.
  • Monitor development plans of the apprentices and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Apprentice Teams to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other MRO platforms to ensure the ongoing success of BDUK MRO.
  • Manage ad-hoc MRO projects as directed by Senior Leadership.
  • Travel may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively and proactively manage their own workload.
    • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Candidates with an appropriate mix of formal qualifications and experience to the role will be considered.
