Начальник/-ця відділу транспорту в м. Київ

Responsibilities

• Organization and management of the transport department
• Formation and development of an effective fleet management model (processes, regulations, standards, analytics)
• Analysis of transport efficiency and implementation of cost optimization measures
• Planning the structure of the vehicle fleet according to business needs and company geography
• Management of transport operation costs (fuel, repair, insurance, leasing, etc.) and budget formation
• Organization of procurement, updating, and decommissioning of vehicles according to internal procedures
• Management of the driver staff and control of road traffic safety compliance
• Interaction with internal departments and external contractors (service stations, insurance companies, fuel suppliers)
• Preparation of management analytics and reporting for management

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in fleet management of at least 3–5 years (preferably from 100 vehicles)
• Experience in team management
• Experience in budgeting, planning, and cost control
• System thinking and strong analytical skills
• Experience in cost optimization and implementation of processes/regulations
• Skills in working with performance indicators and cost analytics (fuel, maintenance, repair, TCO)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in companies with complex organizational structures
• Knowledge of modern transport accounting and management systems
