About the Position

Vodafone Україна, a world-class company leading in technology and telecommunications, is looking for a dedicated Head of Transport Department in Kyiv to manage transport operations and optimize costs. Join our team of professionals and contribute to projects that bring the future closer.

Responsibilities

• Organization and Management: Oversee the transport department's operations.
• Fleet Management: Develop and enhance the fleet management model (processes, regulations, standards, analytics).
• Cost Optimization: Analyze transport efficiency and implement cost optimization measures.
• Fleet Planning: Plan the fleet structure according to business needs and company geography.
• Expense Management: Manage transport expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, leasing, etc.) and budget formation.
• Procurement: Organize the procurement, renewal, and disposal of vehicles according to internal procedures.
• Driver Management: Manage the driver staff and ensure compliance with traffic safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors (service stations, insurance companies, fuel suppliers).
• Reporting: Prepare management analytics and reports for the leadership.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education.
• Experience: 3–5 years of fleet management experience (preferably with 100+ vehicles).
• Team Management: Experience managing a team.
• Budgeting and Planning: Experience in budgeting, planning, and cost control.
• System Thinking: Strong analytical skills.
• Cost Optimization: Experience in optimizing costs and implementing processes/regulations.
• Performance Metrics: Skills in working with performance indicators and cost analytics (fuel, maintenance, repair, TCO).

Nice to Have

• Complex Organizational Experience: Experience working in companies with complex organizational structures.
• Modern Transport Systems: Knowledge of modern transport accounting and management systems.
