About the Position
National Director of Payer Sales

This National Director role owns the entire Medicare supplement payer vertical with $15M+ deal sizes and 6β8-month sales cycles. You'll have direct access to the CRO and shape our 2026 strategy.
Seeking a strategic, mission-driven National Director of Payer Sales with 5-7+ years of experience in payer engagement, specifically within Medicare supplement plans. This individual will be crucial in expanding access to our GUIDE-aligned dementia care program, creating value for payers, and improving the lives of families and caregivers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with Medicare lines of business in payer organizations, positioning our GUIDE solution.
- Lead every phase of full-cycle deal engagement from initial outreach to collaboration, negotiation, and relationship maturation.
- Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to tailor compelling, value-aligned offerings.
- Act as the voice of Payer stakeholders, collecting insights and feeding them into our product roadmap and strategy.
- Cultivate a dynamic and transparent sales process, tracking progress methodically within your CRM.
- Drive meaningful impact in healthcare delivery by securing strategic alliances that enhance access to our coaching, education, and support services.
Requirements

Required:
- 6+ years of experience in payer sales, specifically Medicare supplement plans.
- Proven track record closing large deals in the Medicare space.
- Experience selling into Medicare supplement plans.
- Hunter role experience, not post-contract account management.
- Startup experience.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and meetings.
- Mission-driven and passionate about dementia care.
- Strong network within Medicare supplement decision-makers.
- Understanding of Medicare loss ratio (MLR) and medical economics.
