.NET Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our Software Development Competence Centre at Medicover. If you want to make a difference, shape the future, and work for a company with a purpose, this role is the right choice for you!

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in establishing, reviewing, and implementing internal development guidelines, practices, and procedures.
• Support the business analysis team by analyzing and proposing appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and extend software applications based on specified documentation.
• Review and provide feedback to the analysis team based on requirements, specifications, and documents.
• Support the testing team by investigating and fixing application faults as required.
• Report progress to Team Lead and/or Product Owner.
• Certain amount of traveling abroad might be required (e.g., a few days every three months).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of the following programming languages/technologies:
  • C#
  • .NET 3.5 to.NET 4.6
  • ASP.NET Web Forms
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • Web Services (SOAP, REST, Web API)
  • JavaScript
  • AJAX
  • JQuery
  • JSON
  • Entity Framework (EF)
  • ADO.NET
  • MS SQL Server 2016
  • Crystal Reports
• Experience with the following programming languages/technologies is considered a plus:
  • .NET Core
  • Angular 2+
  • NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Kubernetes
  • SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS)
  • Orchard
• Excellent level in English language - both spoken and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure, and comply with strict deadlines.
• Proactive behavior, good organizational, and time management skills.

• Relevant university degree in IT or a related domain.
