About the Position
NetSuite Developer
Hickory, Kentucky

Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, and optimize the NetSuite ERP environment
- Design and implement SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
- Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, and Zapier
- Collaborate with Finance teams to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Improve ERP automation, operational workflows, and overall data quality
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage NetSuite updates, releases, and sandbox testing
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions
- Support and train internal users to maximize system adoption and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP performance and streamline business processes
- Work onsite with company leadership and cross-functional departments in Hickory, Kentucky
Requirements
- 8+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience
- Advanced expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBilling
- Strong experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, automation, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting
- Proven success in integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms and middleware solutions
- Strong SQL and JavaScript development skills
- Experience with Oracle databases and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)
- Solid understanding of financial systems, including GL, AR/AP, procurement, and revenue recognition
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building scalable ERP solutions in fast-growing organizations is preferred
