TEKATH Personalberatung, a regional and family-run staffing agency, is seeking a dedicated Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) for our branch in Aschersleben, Germany. Manage branch operations, client relationships, and ensure smooth daily business processes.

Salary: 60000 - 75000 €/year

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement: Attract and manage candidates in the technical and commercial sectors, overseeing the entire recruitment process from initial contact to successful hiring.
• Disposition & Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Independently manage the deployment and support of external employees, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Bestandskundenbetreuung: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, identifying additional needs, and continuously developing business relationships.
• Neukundenakquise: Actively acquire new clients through telephone sales and in-person meetings, expanding the client network sustainably.

Requirements

• Branchenerfahrung: Experience in staffing services, ideally with a technical and commercial focus.
• Operative Fachkenntnisse: Basic knowledge in recruiting, disposition, sales, and employee support.
• Vertriebsaffinität: Enjoy direct client contact and have a communicative approach to attract and retain clients.
• Eigenverantwortung: Demonstrate independent, structured, and reliable work habits, maintaining an overview in a varied daily routine.
