O9 Consultant

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled O9 Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to contribute to our supply chain planning and analytics initiatives using o9 solutions. This hybrid role requires expertise in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning Analytics and Demand Planning with a preference for candidates having domain experience in Computational Biology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using o9 Supply Chain Master Planning to optimize supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize o9 Supply Chain Analytics to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute o9 Demand Planning strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of o9 solutions into existing systems and workflows to support operational excellence.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to o9 platform functionalities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated on advancements in o9 technologies and supply chain methodologies to continuously enhance performance.
• Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work model to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable solutions that support the company's long-term goals.
• Apply domain knowledge in Computational Biology if applicable to enrich supply chain analytics and planning processes.
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that positively impact the company's operations and societal contributions.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning Analytics and Demand Planning with hands-on experience in implementing solutions.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to collaborate effectively in such environments.
• Preferably have domain experience in Computational Biology to enhance supply chain analytics and planning.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings clearly.
• Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Commitment to delivering impactful solutions that align with the company's purpose and societal impact.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document processes and configurations accurately.
