Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Lead in an MNC with a primary focus on the o9 suite, covering supply chain master planning, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply chain analytics, MEIO, and supporting PL SQL development. The Technical Lead will guide complex hybrid model implementations while applying generative AI techniques to improve planning accuracy and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end design and implementation of o9 supply chain master planning solutions that align with strategic planning cycles and deliver measurable improvements in planning accuracy and service levels.
Coordinate configuration and enhancement of o9 integrated business planning capabilities to ensure synchronized financial and operational plans that support enterprise decision-making.
Develop robust o9 demand planning designs that improve forecast quality and reduce bias through scenario modeling and systematic performance tracking.
Implement o9 supply chain analytics models that transform operational data into actionable insights that support capacity planning, inventory optimization, and service performance.
Design and optimize o9 MEIO configurations that balance working capital and service commitments while enabling responsive and resilient multi-echelon inventory strategies.
Create PL SQL-based data integration and transformation routines that ensure reliable and performant data flows between source systems and the o9 platform.
Apply generative AI methods to planning use cases to automate insight generation, scenario evaluation, and exception handling within the o9 ecosystem.
Collaborate with business stakeholders from supply chain management and multi-channel operations to translate planning requirements into precise o9 platform solutions.
Review existing planning processes, data models, and configurations to identify improvement opportunities and define clear technical backlogs for incremental enhancement.
Guide code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and defect triage sessions to maintain high solution quality and reliability across hybrid delivery teams.
Prepare detailed technical design documentation, solution runbooks, and knowledge artifacts to support sustainable operations and future enhancement cycles.
Coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure secure, scalable, and performant environments for day shift operations without travel requirements.
Mentor junior team members by providing structured guidance on o9 configuration, PL SQL development, and practical application of generative AI in planning contexts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, planning cycle times, and overall value delivered to customers and society.

Requirements

Possess eight to twelve years of experience in technical solution delivery with significant focus on o9 supply chain master planning and related planning domains.
Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in o9 integrated business planning, including scenario planning, constraint management, and cross-functional alignment.
Show proven experience implementing o9 demand planning capabilities with emphasis on forecast modeling, exception management, and performance diagnostics.
Exhibit practical knowledge of o9 supply chain analytics and MEIO, including data modeling, metric design, and optimization techniques.
Display advanced proficiency in PL SQL for complex data transformations, query optimization, and troubleshooting within enterprise-scale environments.
Apply working knowledge of generative AI concepts, models, and tools to automate analysis, recommendations, and insight generation in planning workflows.
Combine technical depth with domain understanding in supply chain management and multi-channel fulfillment to design solutions that are practical and outcome-focused.
Work effectively in a hybrid delivery model, demonstrating strong communication skills, documentation discipline, and alignment with day shift expectations.
