About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage our office operations in Lithuania, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support the organisation of office processes.
• Welcome guests, candidates, partners, and other visitors.
• Manage orders for office supplies, stationery, snacks, drinks, and other essential items.
• Communicate with service providers, coordinate their services, and handle day-to-day operational matters.
• Manage office-related documents, invoices, and agreements, ensuring they reach the relevant colleagues.
• Support the organisation of internal events, team activities, celebrations, and other employee initiatives.
• Keep track of office inventory and contribute to improving office processes as our Vilnius team continues to grow.

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• A proactive mindset – you notice what needs to be done and take initiative.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a professional approach to everyday tasks.
• Confidence using everyday office tools and systems, such as Microsoft Office or similar.
• Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role would be an advantage.
