About the Position
ICONIC21 is looking for a Studio Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of new physical live studios - from construction and fit-out coordination to technical installation and production launch.

- Maintain recurring governance meetings:

- Lessons Learned Workshop
Escalation Framework
- Escalate immediately when:
- Critical milestone is at risk
- Budget variance exceeds approved threshold
- Supplier delivery impacts timeline
- Technical dependency blocks delivery
- Regulatory or compliance issue threatens launch
- Every escalation should include: issue, business impact, options, recommendation, and requested decision.
