About the Position

BOOMERANG-BOARDSHOP is a multi-brand store for sports goods (snowboarding, skiing, cycling, tourism). The company is actively developing and scaling its business processes, so we are currently looking for a Chief Accountant.

Currently, the company is in the process of transitioning from an individual entrepreneur model to a limited liability company, so we are looking for a specialist with experience in supporting such changes who can ensure the correct organization of accounting, optimization of processes, and further control of financial activities.

Responsibilities

1. Accounting and Tax Accounting

• Full accounting and tax accounting of the company.
• Formation and submission of tax reports.
• Control of the correctness of tax accruals and payments.
• Full support of VAT operations, registration of tax invoices, control of tax credit.
• Control of cash discipline.
• Wage accrual.

2. Foreign Economic Activity and Import Operations

• Support of import operations and accounting of foreign economic activity.
• Control of international payments and settlements with foreign counterparties.
• Work with customs declarations.
• Interaction with customs brokers and resolution of non-standard situations.

3. Organization of Accounting and Control of Processes

• Control of primary documentation: contracts, invoices, acts of completed work, expenditure and tax invoices.
• Control of settlements with suppliers and counterparties.
• Control of warehouse accounting and inventory.
• Interaction with outsourced accountants, coordination of their work, and control of the fulfillment of assigned tasks.

4. Financial Control and Analysis

• Participation in financial planning and budgeting.
• Formation of management reporting for management (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, plan/fact).
• Analysis of company profitability and control of key financial indicators.
• Preparation of financial information for making management decisions.
• Support of financial and tax audits.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Accounting experience of at least 2 years.
• Confident user of BAS (1C).
• Practical experience in maintaining accounting for individual entrepreneurs and limited liability companies.
• Experience in transitioning a business from an individual entrepreneur to a limited liability company is a plus.
