Operations Manager / Керівник виробництва

About the Position

Anybusiness Consult, part of the international manufacturing group Arplama, specializes in producing composite (GFK) products for fire safety, agriculture, and entertainment industries. With a European management approach, the company is scaling production, implementing an ERP system, and expanding export operations. We are currently seeking a key operations role to join our team in Stryi, Ukraine.

Requirements

Experience and Professional Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience in roles such as Production Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Manager
• Hands-on experience managing people and processes
• Experience in non-food manufacturing (automotive is an advantage)
• Understanding of production planning, quality, and efficiency principles
• Experience with or participation in ERP system implementation
• Basic understanding of finance and management accounting
• English (В2-С1)

Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Manage daily operations of the production facility
• Ensure execution of production plans and customer orders
• Optimize production processes and operational costs

Team & People Management

• Manage key functions: production, office administration, finance/HR
• Hire, onboard, and develop production and support staff
• Conduct regular management meetings and ensure execution of decisions

ERP & Process Management

• Actively participate in ERP system implementation
• Ensure accurate operational data (production, orders, planning)
• Formalize processes, workflows, and work instructions
• Improve transparency and quality of management reporting

Finance & Control

• Understand and analyze financial and management reports
• Control operational costs and efficiency indicators

Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular reporting directly to the Owner / CEO
• Communicate with the international management team in English
• Participate in operational and tactical decision-making discussions
