ORACLE DBA

About the Position

We are looking for an ORACLE DBA to manage and optimize our Oracle Database version 19, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Basic administration of Oracle Database version 19
• Analysis of Oracle DB performance issues and providing recommendations to improve application efficiency
• Planning and implementation of database backup policies, creating and maintaining backup databases
• Recovery of DBMS after failures
• Performing work at the customer’s site
• Participation in incident resolution and interaction with Oracle technical support
• Consulting customer specialists on Oracle functionality issues

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle RDBMS (installation, backup, configuration)
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL fundamentals
• Experience with server operating systems – Linux, Windows, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris – is a plus
• Knowledge of scripting languages – bash, Windows PowerShell
