Responsibilities

  • Be the Project Owner: Manage 4–5 projects as the lead strategist. You are the driver of the vision and the primary decision-maker for project success.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Oversee 12–20 campaign launches per month, including crafting high-converting copy and building complex templates based on your deep understanding of market triggers.
  • Drive the Numbers: With 2,000–3,000 contact imports per project monthly, focus on booking 5+ high-quality appointments per project.
  • Consultative Leadership: Lead weekly client calls, providing expert recommendations and challenging the status quo when necessary.
  • Lead Your Crew: Guide your dedicated researcher to ensure data accuracy and keep the project on schedule.
  • Master the Tech Stack: Handle the technical backend of multiple campaigns, managing dozens of mailboxes, ensuring deliverability, and mastering HubSpot/spreadsheet integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance-driven sales: Experience in BDR, SDR, BDM, or AM roles where numbers mattered.
  • Strategic Confidence: Ability to defend your strategy to stakeholders and back up recommendations with data.
  • Deep Tech Fluency: Power user of CRM and automation tools, understanding the technical side of cold outreach.
  • High-Stakes Client Management: Experience managing senior client expectations and leading strategic sessions in professional, pressure-heavy environments.
  • Speed & Leadership Under Pressure: Thrive in fast-moving environments, staying organized when things get chaotic.
  • Fluent English (C1/C2): Clear, persuasive, and confident communication is second nature.
  • Analytical by Default: When KPIs dip, you dig into the data, find the lever, and adjust the approach before anyone has to ask.
